Garlicky Greens and Sausage Swirls

Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 pound lean turkey sausage, casings removed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound fresh spinach, washed and stems removed
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the turkey sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Gradually add the spinach to the skillet, stirring until it wilts. You may need to add the spinach in batches depending on the size of your skillet.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, keeping in mind the sausage may already be salty.
Continue to cook until all the spinach is wilted but still vibrant green.
Transfer the sausage and spinach mixture to a serving dish.
Optional: Garnish with lemon wedges to enhance the flavors.
Serve warm
